Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns (Unopened Supplements Only)
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

The safety seal is intact

The item is in its original packaging

You have a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Any opened or used supplements

Products with broken seals, missing labels, or tampered packaging

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly before attempting a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@bigvalleylabs.com and include:

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return

Email info@bigvalleylabs.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (when applicable).

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover return shipping.

For approved returns of unopened items, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to the return policy above.
Health & Safety Notice
Because dietary supplements are ingestible products, opened supplements cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
